If you was to ask him to marry you how would you do it?

Yesterday was mine and my partners year anniversary and we have talked about getting getting married from the first day we got together. I really want us to get married, he has moved country to be with me so i want to marry him to show him my commitment. I was just wondering how you would do it if you was to propose to your man? I was thinking if I was going to do it then a romantic weekend away in a french chateau or a log cabin in norway might be nice, maybe in February near when it will be his 30th birthday, so we can spend the cold nights snuggled be an open fire … not sure exactly where i would pop the question though.

Well I’ve been with my man 5 years, we’ve got 2 kids and he still hasn’t popped the question. I’m traditional when it comes to weddings and would never ask him, it’s not only the guys role, it’s the guys pleasure to do so.
The log cabin thing sounds lovely, but Febs a while away, he may beat you to it, or be planning to propose on the same night!
If he’s as eager as you to get married, then a proposal isn’t far off.
