1) Our Bamboo Hut on our wedding night @ The Pearl Farm Resort in the Philippines – gentle sound of surf, candle light, a big bed with mosquito netting !!
2) Our current bedroom the first night… wife wasn’t even aware that I’d bought the land and built the house. The house was designed from her comments and dreams of our previous houses / apartments… the master suite is separte from the main house – built over the garage and adjoining the Ranch Office. She was SURPRISED when I drove everyone up there… it was our 10th anniversary.
3) Our “Love Shack”… a little one room log cabin I built on a remote location on our ranch. Inside the logs are polished and waxed, there’s a tiny kitchen and woodstove, lighting is by oil lamps and candles, and there’s a BIG bed with a feather mattress (now a Tempurpedic) and down comforters. First time I drove her up there in our horse-cart during a snow-storm
